SHIPPING AND HANDLING & RETURNS

We ship UPS ground unless otherwise requested. The shipping and handling will be adjusted at the time of the order and will be reflected in the invoice. If items are backordered, the total shipping and handling charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped.

TECHNICAL QUESTIONS:

How can I get your web pages to match the size of my screen?

 

 

Your monitor should be set to a resolution of 600 x 800 or higher. To change your monitor settings please do the following:
- Windows Users: Go to Start Menu, Settings, Control Panel, then Display
- Macintosh OS9 Users: Go to Apple Menu, Control Panels, Monitors (Monitors.Sound)
- Macintosh OSX Users: Open System Preferences and click on the Displays tab.

What web browser versions should I be using?

 

 

Please use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 (or higher), Netscape 6.0 (or higher) or Safari (for Macintosh) or newer browsers for an optimal experience in viewing our site.

To order, does my browser need to be set to accept "cookies"?

Is ordering easier if I have an account already registered?

Can I order Gift Certificates on your site?

 

 

Gift certificates are not currently available on our site. However, if you wish to order for someone, you can have the items shipped to a different address or you may contact our Customer Service at 866-324-9642.

How can I cancel an order after it has already been placed?

 

 

We process our orders immediately upon receiving them, therefore we are not able to accept cancellations or changes once your order has been received.
